We offer Free Shipping on orders over $75 in the USA and Free Returns on all orders. Orders to Canada receive Free Shipping over CAD 100 (but we are not able to generate return labels). Sale Items are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit Only.
Not absolutely, madly in love with your purchase? No problem. Just click make a return below to set up your return or exchange and print out a return label. We allow you to do an immediate exchange, receive a store credit so you can shop later or get a refund to your original payment method. Returns for refund are subject to a return postage fee. Returns for store credit or exchange include a free return postage label.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return them to us within 30 days (from ship date) for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note around the holidays we extend our return policy to accommodate gift-giving. Orders purchased during November and December can be returned through January 31.Â
All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of returned goods, thecatspjs.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
The Catâs Pajamas is not responsible for returns that are not received.

For a $2.98 charge at checkout, we offer the ability to have purchase protection and free returns and exchanges. if you select this option and want to return your item for a refund, you will not be charged a return shipping fee. You also receive free exchanges and protection against lost or damaged shipments.
Exchanges
Not quite the perfect fit? If you would like an exchange, you can chose the item(s) to be exchanged and select Exchange for Something Else. You will see the value of the exchanged item(s) in a banner on top of the website as you shop.
As soon as you deliver your package to the postal carrier, we will ship out the new item free of charge. If youâre in a hurry, you can use our Instant Exchange at checkout, which allows you to ship your new item before sending back the original order. This places a hold on your credit card, which is released as long as the pajamas are returned within 14 days.Â
Promo codes
Did you order using a promo code? If you are returning your order in its entirety, you will be credited the actual dollar amount charged to the credit card, not including any promotional value. In the event of a partial return, the discount amount will be split among the items ordered and credited accordingly.
Final Sale
All items marked final sale are eligible for exchange only. Thanks for understanding! If you need a different size, we will do our best to accommodate but you must pay return shipping.
Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Please account for time in transit and weekends when estimating when your return will be complete. Your credit card issuer may require additional days to process the credit before posting to your account. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels for our international customers. Please send back your return using the shipping method of your choice. Please be sure to include your contact information. The Catâs Pajamas is not responsible for returns that are not received.
